V2K EMP Light Effect

A V2K hitting a light has a slight EMP effect which disturbs the electrical signal.

As the light flicker a curtain part of brain picks up on these signals sent out by the light, this goes into the brain on a sub-conscious level, where the indervidual sees sound data visually, rather than hear it by the ear.

A flicking light is normally not noticed, but sound is noticeable, with this type of attack you would not normally hear the sound, but my phone was able to, close your eyes and listen.



This technology can go through walls and hit electrical items in the home, such as light bulbs, tv screens and phones.
